Sept 2019 Week 3 Inspirements





We love this video series!!  It is so fun to watch "Vihart" explain Fibonacci numbers and patterns in nature.  Thought it was quite relevant to this weeks theme.  Enjoy!

    We also took a trip to the zoo and saw all sorts of patterns on the plants and animals around us. Some that the kids enjoyed most were the Rhino's 'bubble' pattern on it's skin; the spots on the spotted hyena and the giraffe's wonderful square patterns.

This week we will seek to Open minds Make connections Be inspired through the lens of  Imaginative Arts as we study the principle of "A good leader has good character" --through Music, Poetry and Art-- Just as we learned about Leadership and Character through the lenses of: LEADERSHIP ACADEMY GEO-GENIUS EUREKA! now we are going to learn about it through the arts! OPEN YOUR MIND  1.
